The open plan ground floor is dominated by a grand counter, which links the Reception up to the Bar. Leading on from there is the central patio, adorned with an enormous tapestry of mirrors and two panoramic lifts, which give way to The Mirror Restaurant. Elegantly appointed, the serene and neutral ambience of the restaurant is in keeping with the use of white and mirrors throughout the hotel. The white tables, chairs and fresh white linen, accented with mirrors and stainless steel details, are complimented by the natural ambient sound from a sheet of falling water, subtly enhanced with three discreet fountains.
The open kitchen, designed by Joaquim Casademont, allows the diner to enjoy the creative process as the dishes are prepared. The contemporary seafood cuisine, originating from the fish markets of the Costa Brava (Llancà) seduces the diners under the tutelage of the prestigious Chef Paco Pérez.
The restaurant is managed by Montse Serra, co-owner of the Miramar Restaurant in Llançà (2* Michelin) and the wife of the award-winning Chef Paco Perez. Together with her daughter Zaira and their young team, they offer a truly exquisite service.
The tables are dressed in the finest Italian linen, the dishes served in elegant porcelain "Raynaud" Limoges tableware and the “Riedel” crystal does justice to the delights of the select wine cellar. All elegant touches designed to enhance the pleasure of this gastronomic jewel.
